The client sought a residence that could serve as both a comfortable family home and a sustainable source of rental income. The primary challenge was to integrate two commercial shops with private residential spaces while ensuring complete privacy, efficient circulation, and independent access for both residential occupants and commercial tenants. The design also needed to maximize usable space on a narrow urban plot while maintaining a modern architectural identity.

Our solution was to create a carefully zoned mixed-use development that clearly separates commercial and residential functions. Two spacious street-facing retail shops were positioned at the front to ensure maximum visibility and rental potential, while the residential entrance, lift, and staircase provide independent access for homeowners.
